Beginning September 3rd, UK's Integrative Medicine and Health program will offer free weekly 45-minute yoga classes in the Gray Design Building.

Weekly Class for Faculty & Staff: Tuesdays at 12pm in Room 215
Weekly Class for Students: Wednesdays at 1pm in Room 209

Led by Carrie Seiter (RYT200), the classes will begin as a Yin yoga style — slow-paced with mostly seated postures that are held for a longer period of time — but can adapt base on the needs and goals of each group.
