robert.rose@uky.eduTravis Rose is a historic preservationist specializing in architectural history, materials conservation, museum collections management, and resource identification. He holds a Master of Fine Arts in Historic Preservation from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). Rose has been teaching architectural history, preservation design, and treatments courses in the Department of Historic Preservation since 2012. Prior to joining the preservation faculty at the College of Design, he worked as a preservationist in positions such as Executive Director of Pleasant Retreat: The Governor William Owsley House Museum, and as an Architectural Field Surveyor for the Indiana State Historic Preservation Office.
