Aanya Chugh is a designer, strategist and educator based in New York City. She received her Bachelor's degree in architecture at Barnard College and a Master's of Architecture from the Harvard Graduate School of Design. Aanya began her career as an architect at Pei Cobb Freed & Partners, where she collaborated on the renovation of the historically landmarked 1271 Avenue of the Americas. She then moved into experience design and strategy, collaborating with creative agency Parc Office on a number of brand activations for clients such as Royal Caribbean and Vans. Most recently, she was an Architectural Design Strategist at Industrious, a coworking and hospitality company with locations across the US. Over the last five years, Chugh has continually served as a guest critic at institutions like Columbia GSAPP and Harvard GSD, and is concurrently teaching in the architecture B.Arch program at the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
