Fabricating Play is a design build course focused on the design, development, fabrication, and assembly of an architectural installation. The course begins with individual investigations of material and form and then moves forward as a team to select the elements, aesthetics, forms, and methods to fabricate the final construction(s).

Tuesdays + Thursdays | 3:45-5:00 p.m. | Instructor: Jason Scroggin

The course meets twice a week to present, critique, and discuss research and proposals during the first half of the semester, then shifts to construction of the final selected project(s) during the remaining weeks.

Open to all CoD Students

Non-architecture majors can check with student services for equivalent course credit and prerequisites (fluency in Rhino and Adobe).
