Join us for a panel discussion with last year’s participants in the Design Futures Forum. Five students from the Department of Landscape Architecture will share their individual experiences from the Forum, as well as information about how to apply and attend this year’s DFF, which will be hosted by Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Design Futures is "a place to reimagine the role of the designer in addressing and dismantling systemic oppression in the built environment. Dedicated to aligning the field of spatial design with social movements, Design Futures creates critically needed design education spaces by bringing together students, faculty and practitioners together to learn and advance community-based design practice."

The  2025 Design Futures Forum will be an in-person five-day, interdisciplinary leadership development convening in New Orleans, Louisiana from June 2nd-June 6th, 2025. Hosted by Tulane, it will bring together student leaders from across the nation representing design programs from leading academic institutions, and academic and practitioner faculty from private and non-profit based practices.
