Director, Universal Design Certificates

Rachel Womack is the Director of the Undergraduate and Graduate Certificates in Universal Design. She also serves as the Division Director of Training and Director of the LeadershipEducation in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND) program at the University of Kentucky Human Development Institute (HDI), Kentucky's center for excellence in disability. She regularly teaches about and leads presentations on topics related to disability, accessibility, and Universal Design. Recently, she has provided Universal Design training to several local and state agencies including public libraries and the Council of State Governments. She has also published peer-reviewed journal articles on the use of Universal Design in healthcare.
