Charlotte Leedy

Executive Assistant to the Dean

Joining the College in September 2016, Charlotte worked for UK HealthCare the previous nine years and is a graduate of the former Lexington Technical Institute.  A Lexingtonian her entire life, she approaches her UK work with passion and a sense of pride for her hometown school and city. Past positions have included managing nationwide Robert W. Johnson Foundation conferences for Hospice of the Bluegrass and coordinating the Office for Advanced Practice Providers at UK HealthCare. When Dean Mitzi Vernon joined the College of Design in November 2015, she hired Charlotte into the role as her Executive Assistant and Events Planner for the college. Since 2019, Charlotte has been honored to be the staff representative on the College’s Building Committee for the new home of the College. Outside the office, she enjoys travels and making memories with her family, especially Oliver and Connor, her handsome grandsons.
