Guest Lecture Charlotte Lux

The Department of Product Design will welcome Charlotte Lux, a design research leader with more than a decade of experience helping organizations translate user insights into innovative products, services and experiences. Most recently, Lux served as Design Research Manager at Kaleidoscope Innovation and now works as an independent consultant, partnering with client teams to frame research questions, conduct qualitative research and transform findings into actionable recommendations. Students will gain valuable insights into the role of research in the product development process and learn how human-centered design informs strategic decision-making across industries.
