Oubrerie is a French architect and the last living protégé of Le Corbusier. From 1989-1991, Oubrerie served as the dean of the College of Design as well as a professor of architecture from 1984-86. He is a graduate of Ecole Nationale Superieuse des Beaux Arts, Paris.
