Hannah works part time in the College of Design Fabrication Lab as a mentor and instructor to students using the lab’s analog and digital fabrication tools. These tools include CNC routers, laser cutters, and analog wood and metal tools. She is a graduate of the College of Design’s undergraduate Architecture program with a certification in Historic Preservation, and is currently pursuing her Master’s of Architecture at UK as well. While in undergrad at UK, she became passionate in fabrication, and was able to participate in several design-build courses as well as work for Nomi Design at their in house custom design-build shop. She is currently researching alternative sustainable construction methods and end of life plans for buildings.
