Susana Verni – College of Design – 38°84° the power of place

Susana Verni

New to the School of Interiors, Verni’s experience lies in human-space interaction and the psychology behind it all. She began her career as a graphic designer in Caracas, Venezuela, where she owned a small studio for six years designing for artistic nonprofit organizations. After moving to the U.S., Verni was influenced by architects and designers such as Victor Papanek and Frank Lloyd Wright that inspired her to design in a more transcendental way. Today her experience focuses on the planning and design of healthcare and corporate facilities as well as high-level expertise in design concept development, renderings, designing presentations for the clients, and interviews for potential projects.
