CDP Architecture, LLC was founded and created by Charles D. Polk in 2007. CDP Architecture is a firm centered around a personalized experience paired with thoughtful and creative design. From community gathering spaces to your family home, our process combines wise imagination with incredible optimism to create beautiful spaces that bring value and joy to our clients.
After graduating from the University of Kentucky in 1994, Chad Polk moved closer to his family in western Kentucky to pursue his professional architecture career in Nashville, Tennessee. While working for three of the leading design firms in Nashville over the course of 13 years, Chad had the opportunity to work on several notable civic projects, churches, and a variety of commercial projects in and around the Nashville area.
With the experience gained under the leadership of the previous firms’ principals, all of whom were Fellows of The American Institute of Architects, Chad decided to start his own firm, Creative Design Professionals (CDP) Architecture, in 2007. Since then, the firm has been engaged in a wide variety of project types from small scale residential projects to large scale commercial buildings. The firm prides itself on offering a client-centered approach to providing creative design solutions that exceed expectations and meet budgets. Creative Design Matters.
CDP would offer a two-week long position shadowing our Architectural Associates and President Architect. We would provide an opportunity for students to interact with clients, work on current projects, and gather necessary skills to thrive in the world of both commercial and residential design.
