Kendall Hart Contracting in Lexington, Ky., is in need of a Materials Coordinator. This person would work with us and directly with clients, homeowners, designers and/or architects to develop a schedule of finish materials, confirm selections, manage the procurement of materials, etc. on several construction projects at a time.
Kendall Hart Contracting is a custom home builder and remodeler in Lexington specializing in new construction, large-scale remodels and additions for clients who appreciate quality and service. We generally work inside New Circle Road, namely the Chevy Chase area, and we currently have two new custom home builds on farms in Jessamine and Bourbon Co.
KHC is a small company so employees are involved in several aspects of the business and not pigeonholed into one strictly defined position with limited responsibilities. KHC does not currently have in-house design services, so experience and expertise in interior design and/or architecture would be greatly beneficial, along with proficiency in drafting and design. We expect this position to have somewhat flexible hours with the ability to work in the office or remotely.
