Anderson & Rodgers Construction is a residential general contractor in Lexington, Ky., specializing in home remodeling, new construction, and custom design.
They are currently seeking a Junior Interior Designer that displays a desire to learn and grow within the company. This person will:
– Work directly with the lead Interior Designer to complete projects
– Meet with clients to establish the project scope and design
– Work with clients to make material selections for their project
– Draft floorplans, elevations, and 3D renderings using computer drafting program
– Work with vendors and subcontractors to gather job related quotes and order materials
– Work alongside project estimators and production staff
– General office organization and tasks
– Chief Architect experience a plus
