I am going to remodel and add additions to an 1898 farmhouse in Berea. It’s in good shape but I need help with designing a large kitchen, adding a two car garage. I will also add en suite to two bedrooms, one on first floor and one on 2nd floor to connect to top floor of garage addition. I need design of new layout while keeping character of house but adding modern conveniences.
